Best hotel to stay at near Kansai International Airport!
The onsen was really nice! And the shuttle bus from the hotel to KIX airport was really convenient.
The dinner was a bit disappointing, we expected a buffet style dinner.

Wonderful
Very convenient for late flights arrival and early morning flight as it is just outside the train station. Having public bath is a plus
The shuttle bus to airport does not accept kids after 8am. We had to take the earlier one.

What was the highlight of OMO Kansai Airport by Hoshino Resorts
Convenient for Airport.
We only stayed 1 night. Location close to airport and free airport shuttle.
Check in is very strict 3pm only- not even 5 mins prior. When we arrived there was 2 very large families with babies who were very upset (prob due to being on a long flight) and they had to wait in the lobby for some time which made the little ones even more upset along with the parents. Staff could see this but still advised them no check in till 3pm. I think in these situations they could be a bit more relaxed. We were ok to wait, but feel if staff can see people distressed, common courtesy should step in. But I understand this is Japan and sometimes they follow strict rules. (this was the first hotel in 10 years we have seen this though)
